Waited months for my order after multiple communications kept going unresponsive. I was promised a set of readers to hold me over which were never received. Promised the order multiple times when I did get in touch with somebody finally received the order and can’t even use the glasses because I’m pretty sure the whole order was messed up. This vendor did not even keep me updated as to what was going on or what was needed. What was holding up with the order? I reached out again multiple times since then, and communications are back to unresponsive. I would not recommend..
While I did not purchase from this company, I was looking for this frame online. I’ve had it for 3 years and love the feather light weight. The most comfortable and I get so many compliments. The blue is so classy!
I was supposed to receive my frames 11/24. It’s 12/4 and the USPS tracking says on the way, but there’s been no activity in over 10 days. The postal service will not return my call…
