Love the frames. Actually got the older model which my kid prefers. The problem is that they are clearly bent. One lens nearly pops out. Also not the model I ordered, but I was actually happy about that. Emailed and never received a response. Clearly customer service is doesn’t seem to exist.

We have been using NaturalVue contact lenses for the second year to slow down the decline in vision. Since we have been wearing them, our vision has not changed. This is great!
The doctors at the clinic are very responsible. We had questions, they called us several times to clarify all questions, and only then sent the lenses. The packaging arrived well.
I ordered these frames so that I could replace the broken frames my daughter had. I am very pleased, it was the exact frame she needed.
